Who are we?
Charm City Land Trusts is a nonprofit community land trust located in Baltimore City and incorporated in 2000.

What do we do?
Charm City Land Trusts manages and operates open space and housing primarily in the East Baltimore neighborhood of McElderry Park. We steward over nineteen parcels of land on Port Street where we maintain a labyrinth and community garden.

What’s our mission?
The mission of CCLT is to ensure the long-term community control of land resources through the preservation, development, and acquisition of land in order to connect the citizens of Baltimore City to the land and improve their quality of life as well as the future quality of life in Baltimore City.

How can you help?
Join us as we mobilize community-driven development to address some of the problems in our neighborhoods. Together, we will harness, preserve, and develop the land resources in our city fairly. Any and all contributions are much appreciated.
